[2008-09-05]  FSG Limited to list on the BSE

Funeral Services Group (FSG) Limited, a holding company for four subsidiaries; Kagiso Funeral Parlour (Proprietary) Limited, M & N Coffin and Casket Manufacturers (Proprietary) Limited t/a Lyn’s Funeral Palour, Private Cemeteries (Proprietary) Limited and V & N Coffin and Casket Limited t/a Ideal Funeral Home has announced a public offer for the subscription of 36,000,000 shares. Of the 36,000,000 shares, 28,000,000 shares were issued by way of private placement with institutions and other qualified investors, the remaining 8,000,000 shares have been offered the public by way of an Initial Public Offer (IPO) at a subscription price of P1.00 per share. The offer opened on 1 September 2008 at 9.00am and closes at 12 noon on 22 September 2008.
