[2007-06-22]  Communique-Cim Financial Services Ltd, to purchase an offshore management company
The Board of Rogers and Company Limited (“Rogers”) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public that Cim Financial Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rogers has reached an ‘in principle’ agreement to purchase an offshore management company. The transaction would amount to a disclosable transaction under the Listing Rules and will be subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities.
Shareholders and the public will be kept informed of future developments.
