[2008-03-13]  MAURITIUS STATIONERY MANUFACTURERS LIMITED-proposed transaction with respect to its associate Book Printing Services Ltd (“BPS”)
Pursuant to the Cautionary Announcement of 6 February 2008 in connection with a proposed transaction with respect to its associate Book Printing Services Ltd (“BPS”), the Board of Directors of Mauritius Stationery Manufacturers Limited (“MSM”) wishes to inform all its stakeholders that, effective 1st April 2008, the operations of both MSM and BPS will be restructured as follows:
1.Printing operations of both MSM & BPS
Under the management of Mr. Didier V. Descroizilles, Chief Executive Officer of MSM.
2.Packaging operations of MSM
Under the management of Mr. Didier V. Descroizilles, Chief Executive Officer of MSM.
3.Publishing activities of BPS
Under the management of Mr. Georges Adam, Chief Executive Officer of Repro + Ltd, a subsidiary company of BPS.
