[2008-04-11]  MLC-NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of The Mauritius Leasing Company Limited (“ML”) has declared a final dividend of MUR 0.02 per share (MUR 6 million) for shareholders registered at the close of business of 29 April 2008, in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2007.
The dividend will be paid on or about 31 May 2008.
The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 24 April 2008 and ex-dividend on 25 April 2008.
